Product Return Policy

At StyleIn.gr, we want you to always be happy with your purchases, and we follow a flexible return policy, always in accordance with existing legislation as well as the terms of the companies/manufacturers of our products.
In case of any defect in any product, the customer must notify the company either by phone (210.3000477) or by email (info@stylein.gr), stating the product defect.

General Terms

The company is obligated to return the money within fourteen (14) days from receiving the request. However, the return of the money may be delayed if the products or proof of their return are not received. The money to be returned must include the shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase.

In case of a defective product, it can be returned provided that:

The return of the product is completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, at our physical store (Diocharous 26, Kaisariani) or through the courier company that the online store cooperates with, provided that the company is informed as mentioned above.

The products must be in their original condition, without the packaging being tampered with. If the product is indeed found to be defective, the customer can request either a refund or the replacement of the product with the same or another preferred product.

Order Cancellation

Our online store provides a form to search for an order that has already been placed.
You can cancel your order via email.
This option is available to you until we notify you of the shipment of your order and no later than two working hours. After this point, cancellation is not possible.
